Orders

What currency are your prices in?

All our prices are in Australian Dollars.

Do you have a gift option?

Not yet.

What if I want to change my order?

Please refer to our Returns page in case you would like to exchange your purchase.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, the purchase is final.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Once a parcel is lodged, it isn’t possible for Australia Post to intercept it prior to delivery. Please make sure you enter the correct address.

How do I check my order status?

Upon shipping your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link which you can use to check your order status.

What if the item/s I ordered arrived damaged?

Please contact us right away.

What if my package is lost?

If your package appears to be delivered on the tracking app or website, but you haven’t received it, please contact us right away! However, upon delivery to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Standard shipping is free on all orders within Australia.

How fast is your shipping?

Our orders are shipped within 5-7 business days upon your receipt of the shipping confirmation via email.

We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

How do I track my exhange?

We will email you your tracking details and you may track your package via Auspost Tracking.

When will I get my refund?

The amount can reflect back in your account within 7 days.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We don’t have a physical location yet! Currently we’re exclusively online.

Why does the colour of my order look different in person?

All digital screens have different resolutions so some colours may be slightly different online and in person. Rest assured, we publish photos that represent the fabrics and materials we use as accurately as possible.

Can I pick-up my order from your warehouse?

We currently do not offer a pick-up option yet.
